ABOUT ME

Bio

A big passion for cinema and image composition led me to become a freelance videographer in my early twenties. I was self-employed and learned a lot about self-motivation and organisation.

A few years later, the wish for a more structured day and a stable income led me to banking and later financial services for logistics. The move into the corporate world helped me improve my analytical, communication and problem solving skills. Working closely with end-customers in such delicate matters allowed me to experience and think about issues occurring in these financial institutions and how people struggle with the complexity of the products and services offered.

With a design thinking approach and tools involved in the UX Process my mission is to help companies create products that are valuable and user friendly and therefore help create long lasting relationships with their customers.
